Or you can create a vision board with pictures of what you desire. remember to always feel good when you look at it. 


The key is when you see this picture imagine it as if its your own body.


You can also print a picture of yourself and then cut out your face, to then stick it on the picture of the person who has the body you desire.


It will make it eaiser for you to visualize it as if ists your own body (if you know how to use photoshop, then go nuts and make some cool edits)


-note: Please do not try to cut on how much food you consume, be thankful for having food , try eating healtier things instead of less






6. Practice Self-Body love.


Look in the mirror.

Tell yourself 5 things you like about your body.

Do you have a nice nose? a cute bellybutton? are you curvy? skinny?

Anything you can think of. Be kind to yourself.


This kind of self love only invites more things for the subconcious mind to attract and point out to you.


After this simple exersize you will notice how much more you will love about yourself, which will make you make smarter decisions like : eating healthier, not consuming sugar and much more things that will naturally manifest into your life.



7. The Power of the Present


The past has happend, its history. On the other hand, the Future is yet to occur and is IDEAS.

But, Reality- thats is the present. Now. Everything around you. Right. Now.


So when you try to manifest using an affirmation like "I will be skinny" or "I will become more slim", you are sending these affimations into the future. The future is the place where concepts are sent to die. You must center these affirmations to the now.


It’s still better than having no goal.

It will still attract good things to you, somewhere down the line.

But if you want to really start using the law of attraction most effectively, you really want to think in terms of the present.


Not “I will be skinny“. Instead think and feel “I am skinny!”.

Feel it as it is real right now in this moment and hold onto that feeling.

Even if it feels silly to you, trust me it works!
