One of the most powerful ways to use the Law Of Attraction is while your sleeping.


This may be surprising to some but when I first found out about this method it all clicked for me.


Think about it... when you sleep your mind is open to all possibilities and the door to your subconscious is 100% open.


This makes manifesting while you sleep very very powerful.


It is important to be in a calm state of mind in order to meditate and visualize the things you want and while you are awake that can be very hard for some people.


For example, I have OCD and ADHD, so it's sometimes very hard for me to sit in place and concentrate. I have to fidget a lot and it can make visualizing very hard.


If your desires make you anxious or nervous it's very hard for the mind to visualize it.


Calming your mind and being in a deeply concentrated state is important to successfully manifest your desire.


The most efficient way to calm the mind for a long period of time for people who struggle doing so usually is to fall asleep.


It's an easy way to overcome anxiety and the inability to center yourself.


While you sleep your body is resting but your mind is always at work.


Your conscious mind is resting while your subconscious mind is completely active and the subconscious mind is a door to manifesting your most desired thing.


One of the hardest things while manifesting is the ability to quiet the mind in order to achieve a deeper state of conciseness where a change in reality really happens.


If you've ever found yourself complaining that you couldn’t meditate or you couldn’t calm your anxiety perhaps you wish to take the chance to use your sleep to be able to manifest things that you desire.


Today I will be listing 7 ways to manifest while you are sleeping, don't hesitate to try these methods!



7 Ways To Manifest While You Sleep


1. Scripting Before Bed

This is one of the first things I tried when I started sleep manifesting.

It's important to develop a before bed routine, if you already have one, add this to it!

it's really just an extra 10-15 minutes.


Scripting is very powerful because it sets a blueprint for the mind while its sleeping and in a dreaming state.

When you write about winning the lottery or getting a raise right before you go to sleep, the chances are higher of you to dream about winning the lottery or getting a raise.

So overall, scripting before bed is just like making a plan or blueprint for your subconscious mind while your dreaming.


What is Scripting you ask? good question.


Scripting is just like journaling or verbally visualizing.

But when you journal you write about the day has already happened, while scripting you write and describe a day that is yet to happen, a day you desire, but you describe it as if it has already been manifested.



Question For You: What does a perfect day in your life look like?


Go through the deepest places in your mind, and write down whatever you can think of.

Let your imagination go wild, there are no limits!

By writing these desires down before your sleep, you allow yourself to vibrate the same way as what you desire, therefore you attract more of it.

2. Clear Intention Visualization


Start by having a very clear intention of what it is you want. Make sure to have as much detail in order to have a fully focused intention.

Make sure to describe in much detail as possible in order to be fully focused on it.


And start visualizing your desire.


Visualization is an amazing manifestation method and it also something helpful to do if you struggle to fall asleep (like me).

The goal of the visualization is to create a scene in your mind where:

1. You have manifested your desires.

2. You can see everything in detail.

3. You can feel an amazing feeling you would feel if you already manifested your desires.


This method helps to align with your desires


By creating space for a conscious visualization of good feelings, abundance, wealth, love or whatever else you are trying to manifest, your subconscious mind will follow along the path of your visualization and will continue it by dreaming about it.



3. Get Good Quality Sleep


This is maybe the base for all of these methods because without good sleep you can't dream good dreams and you need to dream well in order to manifest your desires.


Tips for sleeping better:

1. Meditate before sleep - I meditate twice a day, when I wake up, and right before I go to sleep.

Meditating before sleep calms the mind, helps me ignore all the worries of the day and just relax into a calm sleep.

Meditation can be easy. You can use a guided meditation for free, Just a simple youtube search for "Guided Sleep Meditation" Or "Guided Sleep talk Down".


2. Use a salt lamp, essential oil, incense to create a relaxing space that invites sleep.


3. Turn off all electronics at least an hour before sleep.



Little by little you calm the chatter in your mind until there is no more and you fall into a blissful, relaxing sleep.



4. Being Grateful


An additional way to create a high vibrational dream state is to take a few minutes before bed and just be... grateful.


Just get in a comfortable position in bed, and start thinking about all the things in your life that you are grateful for...


It can be something that a friend said to you today.. or maybe even that friend.


Maybe its the fact that you have a bed and a roof to live under...


Or even having an internet connection to read this article in the first place!

Everyone has at least 1 thing to be grateful for, try focusing on 3-5 things.


Gratitude creates feelings of pure happiness.


The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like.

In other words…


Like attracts Like, one of the first things I learned in the LOA.

So...

If you feel grateful, you attract more things to be grateful for!


When you are feeling grateful, you attract more reasons to be grateful.

This is why this state is often referred to as the receiving mode.




5. Higher Your Vibrations


One of the most important things to do if you want to manifest using the Law Of Attraction is to higher your vibrations.


Also, the way you feel before you fall asleep can affect the mood you wake up in.

Higher your vibrations to make sure you wake up in a high vibration. Pretty simple.


Starting your day with high vibration invites more and more and builds momentum to your vibration.


Some things you can do before bed to higher your vibration:

-Take a bath

-Clean your bedroom

-Light an incense or candle

-Turn off all electronics and lights

-Meditate

-Do something you like (Draw, Paint, Read, etc.)


And there are much much more things you can do!


6. Guided Sleep Down


Nothing better than being guided kindly into a blissful sleep to align perfectly with your desires and manifest in your sleep.


Guided Sleep Down or Guided Hypnosis can be a quick solution for people who can't fall asleep or that just need an extra boost.


In saying that, anyone can use guided hypnosis and manifest while sleeping, even when the conscious mind has shut off.


Guided hypnosis tracks work in a way that directly affects the subconscious, which is very powerful because it goes through all the layers of consciousness like the ego.

7. Nighttime Affirmations


Repeat these affirmations before you fall asleep if you don't have time to do all the steps above this one.


Don’t just recite them mindlessly but really pay attention to what you’re saying and how it makes you feel.



Don't just recite the affirmations mindlessly, pay close attention if what you're saying and put 100% intention into them.

Also, keep track of the way you feel while reading them.


I release the worries of the day


I am welcoming in new energy


I’m grateful for a new day


The abundance of life flows through me


I am attracting good things into my life


I wake up feeling rested and refreshed


Affirmation tip: If you want to experiment with a few of your own make sure to phase them in the present tense.


Quick Tip: You can also use affirmations of your own but be sure to use present tense! Try using "I Am" Affirmations


By putting your affirmations into the present tense you are erasing the gap between you and your desires and bringing them into this NOW moment.
